Few coaches can look back on decades of success and still tell you exactly who deserves the credit, but Lenny Long isn't most coaches.
Lenny is quick to share the credit, and that says everything about who he is as a coach. Rather than pointing to any one person or moment, he describes the program’s success as the result of a deliberate, multi-faceted team-building strategy built on culture, not coincidence. Yes, the early momentum “just worked” and started drawing quality American talent, but Lenny is clear that what made it stick was the people around him.
